Product Documentation # New Customer Campaign Learn how to use the workflow and the master email templates to make it fit with the products you sell. Start by watching the video below. Here is an example of your New Customer workflow. You can choose between a couple of enrollment triggers depending on how your organization keeps track of new customers. The most efficient method would be using "Lifecycle stage = Customer" and perhaps adding in "Became a customer date = known." If your company uses Deals in HubSpot, you can also add "Deal Stage = Closed won". Feel free to add or edit the delays. Hover over the module that you would like to edit and click. Alternatively, you can also click the cube icon on the left side to access a list of modules to edit. 2.
